Terra Cotta Bust: Inspired by Houdon's Original in the Louvre Borghese.
This beautiful pedestal bust is modeled after Jean-Antoine Houdon’s original busts of Alexandre Brongniart, the child of French architect Alexandre Brongniart. The originals were created in the late 1700s/ early 1800s.

One bust retains its original Borghese label on the bottom and “Dupr Houdon, F. Kessler” is into the back shoulders but difficult to decipher. See pictures
