This is Ruscha ceramic dish/bowl in Domino decor from the mid century.

The modernist 'Domino' decor is characterized by free-form lines of different widths, which stand out against the white background with hand-painted yellow dots. The Domino series was designed by Cilli Wörsdörfer in the 1950s, some 70 years ago.
